A couple of days ago my wife and I where in the base exchange shopping around. my daughter was being so good so I told my wife I was going to take her over to the toy deparment and let her pick out a toy. Now my daughter is three and every toy she has she has she got from a family member or as a gift or I have brought it home as a surprise. So this was her first time picking out her own toy. So when we arrived in the toy isle I could see her eyes light up like christmas lights. All the different colors really got her attention. then I told her " you can take one toy home with you" she went crazy she must have grabbed everything once or twice. watching her in the toy department really made me happy. I thought back about what is what like when I use to go to the toy isle as a kid and looked at all the G.I. Joe's. So she decided on a my little pony. she carried that thing all the way from the back of the store to the register with a huge smile on her face. watching her made me happy!
