How to slow down research speed?

I find that on immense galaxy, with many research planets, even the very slow researach speed is too fast.  Is there an easy way to slow down research even more?

Even with the full DA weapons tree?  ;)

Not that I know of, though, apart from changing the base values of all the techs.  :(

You do have to change the values of all the techs.  However, there's actually a pretty easy way to do this.  I made a post on it a while back: https://forums.galciv2.com/316133

With the DA weapon tree there are now enough techs; thanks for the mod Sole Soul.  I was mostly concerned with how fast each technology is researched.  Braddock8's solution is adequate enough.
