vasari starbase not buildable!

ok heres a group of screen shots i took to show that the cruiser that builds the vasari starbase doesnt show up on my game

when it didnt show up in the cruiser section i checked both others incase there was a mess up but it didnt show up in those either. in the pic is all 3 of my upgrade pages and the ships that are avalable to me (all but the starbase cruiser). anyone else have this problem yet? or just me also it dosnt matter what map i play on as the vasari as i cant build it. havent check if i can build the advent one but am going to now and will update when im done.

EDIT: ok the TEC and Advent starbases are buildable.

It is my understanding that the research actually allows the regular planetary constructors to deploy the starbase. They do not get a separate cruiser. I haven't played Vasari yet myself, though.

ok i'll have to check that but i thought it whould be cruiser based like the rest and didnt notice drones having that ability, thanks for the help.

It's the Jarun Migrator that can build Starbases after you research the upgrade.

It's not a cruiser.  It's a frigate.  Bottom left icon on the very bottom build menu in that picture.  I see it right there.
