Is it Possible to Increase or Decrease the size of the CapitalShips?

Hi,

           I am working on the next version of my mini mod, and have updated some new capitals with new abilities, but of course am using the same mesh for the new ones. I wanted to ask if there is a way, and how i could go about either increasing or decreasing the size of the capitals to make them different from the other capitals. I am calling these the Heavy Capitals, so the idea is to try to increase their size to about double that of the others.

Also, i have an older copy of Photoshop 7.0, can i use that with the nvidia plugin to open the copies of the capital meshes?

Sorry for so many questions, im trying to dive into modeling, haha, but wanted to try something straightforward instead of trying to design a completely new ship type from scratch. Increasing size seemed easier to start my modeling career with. :)

There was a mesh resize tool posted semi-recently.. you'll probably find it with a google search :P

:(  I should have posted the address/url for the tool, but have lost it, and had to wipe the machine because of spyware, yuck!!  Anyway, i looked on google for what seems like hours and couldnt find the link, im missing it im sure, but wanted to ask if anyone knows the address/url for the mesh resize tool, to please, pretty please give me a holler so i can find it as well and then i will you can believe post it here, so i wont lose it again. The actual file i thought was something like resize85 but i cant remember the modders name, :(  and it was off site, :(  I have tried the find function, but the forums are not really good at that.  :( 

Anyway, thank you and sorry to bother everyone!!  im just well... a little exasperated is all.

teal I have a good memory and like to solve problems, and can code in vb, and have written a couple of small utilities for myself  to solve small map related problems in other games, but have not tried to mod, but have enjoyed many mods over the years & just want to help
