As I sit here reading the latest from my faves on both sides of the political spectrum, I smell the meat sauce (Red) I made for dinner, and it is driving me nuts! Since I ate lunch early, and it was not anything wonderful, My blood sugar is dropping and I don't know if I will have the strength to fill my pasta pot and boil the water. help please! Send Emiril, an Iron Chef! ( Any of them would do, just leave the fish at home) I am fading fast and cannot feel my legs.... Must press the submit button.................

I know the feelings! Yesterday I made a big crockpot of chili and though I have aired our apartment, the aroma lingered on. I woke several times and was tempted to go have a bowl but sleepiness won out. I guess I will have to go to google to find out what is meant by Iron Chef.
