I wanted to make users and judges alike, aware, that I have updated the WB with 3 extra colors using Neil Banfield's brilliant Advanced HSL Recoloring.

Colors now include Red, Blue, Green and Purple. These are all available as substyles now from the substyles dropdown menu.

** DIfferent PC \ WBcfg setups may lead to different results, I can only vouch fully for the non-recolored Red version **

I would like to add that not everything gets recolored by WB recoloring and that the Red substyle is still the main theme color .

The more I use this WB,the more I like it.One small problem though.When I select the blue substyle it  preveiws and loads  red and will not apply the blue substyle at all.Recoloring it does not give the same effect.Any suggestions?

Apparently the recoloring reacts differently on a few diff. people computers and setups, The red is the only one I can truly say will work correctly on ALL pc's.

You can try going into the coloring section and adjusting, best suggestion is to reset the recoloring and try reapplying color schemes.

In fact , u can choose any color preset from the dropdown substyles, then go to coloring section and just drag the top left slider left to right to change the main color to any color you like.

Hopefully Neil can refine the recoloring process to be easier to understand and use for casual users in the future.

While this is true,as I stated the effect isn't the same.It also recolors the taskbar along with the window frames and taskbar buttons.I'm ok with all the other styles so it's not a dealbreaker by any means. I think you have a winner here.Good Luck.

It doesn't if you have the HSL checkbox on the right of that screen checked.  I just checked this out again (and again).  Check the box, move the slider.  It should only change the main color.  Uncheck the box, move the slider and everything changes.  HSL, HSL, HSL...

The HSL box is checked and while moving the slider does change the color in the preview,when the change is applied the taskbar is also recolored.It also recolors the taskbar when green or purple is selected regardless of if the slider is used or it is a substyle.Oh well,I'm happy with the red/yellow as it matches the icons,dock backgrounds and wall nicely.

That is very odd.  Sorry to hear it Wiz.  Maybe you could talk to Neil Banfield about it, see if something can be done for you...
