I installed the updated soundpackager and it just crashes with the message that it has stopped working.
(Vista home premium x64 SP2)
I also tried reinstalling it. Didn't help.
I am running the same (Vista home premium x64 SP1) and started crashing right after i upedated to 1.10.023 also. and your right reinstalling didnt help
Same, same, same. Not working. just crashs. Tried the uninstall/reinstall many times.
Just updated to 1.10.025, Vista home premium x64 SP1.
Stillnot working,same error message.
I did and received no answer? Same problem with Vista Home Premium x64 SP1 with Creative SB X-Fi gamer soundcard.
Even posted a Belarc Advisor list to the support site item but never received a reply. got pissed.

Did you get an auto response? If not, it is likely that your mail got eaten or their response did. If you did get an email, do you have a ticket/case/whatever #?
i got a ticket id: NON-779355 and posted all my responses, some admittedly unhelpful, hahaha, using the password of the ticket at the support site.
i tried to log into the support site using the ticket info and it now says i do not have high enuff security using both google chrome and ie8rc1. maybe i should input another ticket.
I poked.
Can you email support again. Send in your dxdiag info and startup info please.

mickeko, also no new e-mail from you, I did find that you have two accounts under two different e-mails, perhaps your using the wrong one? Shoot us an e-mail at [email protected] and we can merge these accounts into one, then it may work. Just need to know which e-mail you want to use.
Soundpackager works fine for me now. I think the upgrade sorted it. (It's been a while since I posted :P)
I did email about merging my accounts though.
I submitted the error again and have a ticket number: VSP-601877. I did get an auto response. I included a word doc with as much information as I could gather.
I am running WinXPSP3 Pro x86: SoundPackager has started crashing again on me. It is an on and off situation with this application, which crashes for unknow reason reasons at startup. This is not a new stability problem with SoundPackager, but it never seems to get resolved. Like many many here, I am still using WinXP SP3. (waiting on Win 7). I have certified that I have correctly installed this product, I have have also uninstalled and reinstalled it three times, but it remains broken.
Are there any bright, computer literate members of this forum that can help this average, 75 year old computer operator get SoundPackager working again?
I also have issues with Aquarium 2009 fully loading from Impluse, which I will not go into further in this post. I love SoundPackager and hate it when is will not work.
I am running Windows XP sp3. Having similiar problem. SoundPackager works on my user page, but crashes with error message on all others, (husband, 2 kids). Have uninstalled cleaned reg., etc... Still the same. Any ideas?
Windows Vista Home Basic sp2 not working 
I only installed yesterday I barely got through the install when it started crashing, any help? (11, no children or wife) 
fo r me its not working .... done many things still it doesnt works. can i reinstall the OS itself......
