IE7 or Site issue?

I'm using XP SP2 fully patched and IE7. For some time now I have to refresh every page I visit at WC to make sure it's up to date. This is really a nuisance on the forums. Has anyone else had this issue? Also everything is sooo slow again if it loads at all.
