Constant Refreshing

from WinCustomize Forums

I use XP SP2 fully patched and ie 7.  Over the past couple of weeks I constantly have to refresh every page I visit in order to see the most current content.  Is anyone have or hav had this problem?  If you have and fixed it...PLEASE help.>:(
