Registration problem for Supreme Commander and Supreme Commander Forged Alliance

and I can't install them.

Hello Stardock,

I've just ordered Supreme Commander Gold and when I try to install wether Supcom or Forged Alliance, I have this message coming up :

"The serial number you entered is not recognized by Impulse. Only serial numbers provided by Stardock are accepted.

Please check your selected product, e-mail address,  and serial number, then try again."

This is blocking the installation of the games.

I did not enter any serial manually, I have the ones provided by Stardock when I bought the game...why wouldn't it be accepted?

Can you help me please? :)

I solved it myself :)

If you buy Supreme Commander GOLD and find the same error, this is because impulse's registration database does not have the GOLD's edition inserted. Only the separated games are there.

What you have to do is :

- check the e-mail your received after your purchase, you'll find 3 serial numbers (one for supcom, one for forged alliance, one for gold pack).

- open impulse, click on the registration tab in the top right corner.

- you'll find the list of your games, both supcoms games have the GOLD's serial which isn't valid. You have to copy the serials of each games separated and paste them in the "edit registration" tab of the correct game.

Then you can start downloading.

I've got a different question. I've purchased Supreme Commander long before talk of adding it to Impulse. Is there any way I can put my copy of Supreme Commander on Impulse manually?

Sorry, but you can not add SupCom serials from other retailers to Impulse.
