We need help with the port issue - anyone from support reading these forums?

 Who do I need to contact for a refund? I just spent 2 and a half hours following every online guide to playing multiplayer and LAN on TPM 08 and am extremely frustrated. I opened ports, forwarded them, modified firewall settings and i can't even play a lan game. Please let me know how to request a refund. Thanks.
