Why am I never at my keyboard ...

Argh, I swear I keep thinking of something that I mean to write an article about (probably political, but I can't say for sure since I can't seem to remember exactly what it was that I wanted to write) but I keep forgetting whatever the heck it was once I'm back at the keyboard.

I'm not that old.  My brain shouldn't be that forgetful, but I swear I just can't seem to remember what I want to write about once I look at the screen.

Ah, as I write this note, my brain just spiked at a good time and now I'm remembering what I was going to say... off to do another article.  Yup, political (somewhat) in nature, but at least I can remember (for now) what it was I wanted to unload about.
