I tried everything. I am requesting a refund due to the lack of response on the issue. I know they worked hard on the game, but it is only fair that if we cannot play it, we should not have to pay for it.

No, but I'm sure [email protected] could point you in the right direction (assuming they can't solve your problem, which they might be able to).
there are hundreds of players who have been complaining about this, but stardock hasnt replied so far..

Hey people, what is to be of the inability to play online games as of late, all the games come up with generic settings regardless of what the users inputs and not even a message comes up when you want to join a game it just doesnt join you??? Can anyone shed any light on this?

The forums are not live support. Generally, you only get help from the community when you post on the forums. As in, help from other users. Sometimes, this is all you need and the forums can be a wealth of knowledge. When you need technical support though, it's best to contact Stardock directly for the fastest response.
