Wont let me into iron clad

when i go to iron clad in the main menu and i go to create an account it asks for the cd key, i put the serial number in but it says that i have an invalid cd key

Please make sure you're entering all "-" (dashes) as well......

I have a similar problem. I've entered my username, password (2x) and my cd key (with dashes), but the "ACCEPT" button is grey and won't read my click.

I.e. it won't let me submit my data and I can't even begin to log in.

Please Help

Those are in all probability two very different issues.  What security software (firewalls etc.) are you running?  It could very well be a firewall blocking something because you haven't given SINS outbound access.

Try Alt-tabbing (or temporarily running SINS in windowed-mode) to see if there is a firewall prompt waiting for user-input.
