Issues with Deskscapes

Hey i am having some issues with deskscapes. I paid for the full version so that i could use other dreams besides the three demos. But when i try to download new dreams it keeps saying that i need to support the site by purchasing or registering a product even though i registered my deskscapes.

click the start button and type 'services' in the search field.

Open services

Right click on Desktop Windows Manager

Select start.
