Desktop Icons Jiggle

If I use any Deskscape AND I have a Microsoft window open (Outlook, Word...), the icons on the desktop "jiggle". If I minimize those windows, the problem goes away. I can have Impulse open and it does not cause the issue. Anyone else experience this?

My Video and Display drivers are up to date; Vista SP1 - Thanks
