Murphy's Law in Bed

For those who clicked on this blog hoping to read something risqué…sorry.

Why is it that I can sleep well past the alarm on weekdays when I have to get up for work, and yet on Saturday awake at 5 AM on my own?

Perhaps it is because we went to bed too early last night…

Which one of Murphy’s Laws applied to you this week?

Whatever can go wrong, will.

Passed up one job for something that looked better....until I found out that the second involves seeing a patient every 8-9 minutes!

I don't know about others, but I'll be hanged before I treat suffering people as cattle on a production line! :borg: #:( .

SH80 = Shady as in Slim Shady, or the name by which I was tagged (although I changed "Shady" to SH80 for creativity) at my last job. (Where I actually enjoyed getting out of bed and going!)

For me it's a bit different.  It's not being able to sleep when I have an important day the next day or have to get up extra early for something.

Instead of getting a much needed night's sleep I'm restless fearing I may not hear the alarm or oversleep so instead I get a lousy night's sleep instead of the needed rest for the extra important day in front of me.  Happens all the time especially when I have to get up early to go to a race the next day.  I wake as tho I didn't get a wink's worth of sleep.

I sleep well when I have nothing going on and can lounge around all day.
