can't upload wallpaper file extension error?quote on a wall?upload wall only without zip folder?

3 things I can't figure out

i seen other people that had this problem not being able to upload wallpaper getting a file extension error it seems to happen with the walls that are bigger in file size, another problem that i ran into how do you quote on a wall you know what i mean to get the box of what the other person said, mine always comes up with no box what am i doing wrong. another problem i had how do you upload a wall only without the zip folder I seen other people do it, I tried it but when I click on the download button it says page not found. OK maybe one more question if someone clicks on a wall to preview it does that counts as a download.here is picture of the error message when i try to upload..

wallpaper in jpeg format, photo i took,i like to say file size might have something to do with it but that can't be the case because i uploaded a car pack that was bigger with no problems

Your wallpaper, if being uploaded for moderation ~and utimately appearance in the gallery ...must be put into a zip file. You also need to upload a preview shot of that wall along with the zip.

Never mind the size of the preview as the site code will take care of the thumbnail and resize it for you.

The more resolutions you can include in the zip the better it will be for your download count [assuming your wallpaper passes moderation], so include a few different screen resolutions.

i always upload the same way seems this wall never made there as you can see the error click to enlarge, uploading without it being in a zip folder is another question that i have i see other people did it as to how i don't know, if uploading just one wall why put it in a zip folder the preview should be good enough or if you click on the download button the image comes up only, this is what IM talking about i have dial up and if i get an error each time i try its like there goes another 30 min. trying to upload, as far as uploading different sizes i can't believe some people can't take a large image and copy it into the background size they want it takes less than a min. to do and can be done with windows paint program but that's a whole different problem that has nothing to do with my problems, and yes image was in a zip folder and preview was the full size wall as always, and jpeg format as always.
