wincustomise browser help

hi all

i just got the subscription to wincustomise , when i use the browser i go to skins and theames none of the  downloads i try work  just get failed message all the themes are in the libary but in the description bit it just says (the website cannot display the page http500)

also allso when i click on Subscriber Resources all i get is( Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {D96216AD-DB59-449A-A039-CF0027F135A6} failed due to the following error: 8007007e. )

cottee it sounds like you got a corrupted or bad downloand.  Try uninstalling and reinstalling and see if that doesn't clear it up.

thanks , can down load stuff now but cant apply anything says suites are in theme manager but nothing there same with windowblinds

Open WindowBlinds configuration and click on Skins options and select Rebuild list.  See if that doesn't show your skins that got downloaded.
