DeskScapes is stop and dont play again

after any maximized window return to its old size i see that DeskScapes is no play

i download DeskScapes 1.02 from https://stardock.cachefly.net/dream/StardockDeskScapes.exe

i have vista x64 sp1

by the way, DeskScapes 2.0 works OK.
