Ability and Buff Help

Hey all,

I don't have much experience with modifying abilities and buffs.  I was wondering if there is a way to make an ability for the research station that basically increases the rate of research done, much like the Advent research subject 'Knowledge Aggregation.'  My aim is to make it so that players only need to build one research station, but the more they build the faster research will go.
