The new Reboot update on impulse

Only 1 of the 2 fixes implemented.

The new update has been released on impulse.

This update fixes the most important bug, mainly the one that caused the unique ship error and the missing equipment.

However, the goods search bug was NOT fixed, and installing the update will revert my fixed exe back to the original.

As such, if you wish to have the goods search remain working you will have to keep using my exe fix. Although part of it will be redundant due to the new update, that will not cause any problems.

If your exe fixes more than the update, so the Impulse update is useless ?

If you are already using my fix, than yes, the update is in fact utterly useless, since it will merely reintroduce one of the two bugs I fixed, and revert all your settings to their defaults...

But it is a good thing that the update is there, since it does ensure that when a new user installs the expansion, they will not suffer from the major bug, since they will undoubtedly not know about my exe fix.

And the goods search bug is not of particular importance. After all, most people will rarely use the filters settings on the trade goods, at least it was not something I used often.

Thanks for the clarification.

So now with you .exe, there's no more unfixed (known) bugs ? Actually I do use goods search filter (just not to clutter the lists with low-value stuff) !
