registration problems

is the serial number the same as the product code. because if it is mine is not working.

The Serial Number should be the correct number to enter.

Where did you get the number? Was the game purchased via Impulse? If it was you should have received the Serial Number via e-mail, and that number should work. But if you have a CD, then it would be on a sticker on the jewel case.

i have the cd and i entered the product code and it won't work.

Are you the original owner, or did you purchase it from someone else?

If you are using Impulse you can click on the question mark in the upper right and then choose "Look up serial #"

It will send you the right one.
