Ladder and Ranking system

Is there a ladder / ranking system built into this game for multiplayer?  Like relic's, or gas powered games, or battlenet etc...

The next versions of impulse will be implementing it.

A while back, the community tried to establish a clan and ranking system, but i'm not sure how far they got.

Yes.  Impulse will be adding both for Sins.  How much will make it in by Sins v1.1 remains to be seen but it is a very high priority.

Basically a system to rank the players on certain criteria. Usually number of games won.
