Troubles with updating game-Political Machine 2008

Here is my problem:
On the update page, it says i have the original version installed (1.00.001) and there is an update available, version (1.04.036).

At the bottom right it gives me the option to "Update" and i am promted with the message "Your have not yet entered registration information for this product. Registrating the product is required to download Updates. Would you like to edit your registrations now? Yes or No.

I click yes and it brings me to a blank page and shows current registrations and at the top says to click the "Add Registration" button in lower right. But there is nowhere for me to click. How can i update the game?

read "game won't update" about 5 posts down, i posted a work-around there...good luck!

Sorry about the "Add Registration" button guys.  The Impulse devs do know about it and are working to fix the problem.

You should be able to right-click in the white listbox area and go to "Add new Registration".   That would be just like pressing the button.  I've also heard other people state that the button is clickable, just not visible.  I'm not sure about that as my version of Impulse has the button showing up.  If you wanted to try clicking the non-visible button, you could start at the bottom left and work your way to the right.
