Hey all. Just wanted to make the community here aware of a fun and free online game I play called TinyWarz. It is similar to table top Battletech (with all the minute details taken care of for you, thankfully) and, from what I've heard, Advance Wars. Very fun, fast paced and addictive. It is turnbased, but the turns only last 1 minute, so it's about as RTS as a turnbased game can be... if that makes sense. It's actually pretty fast paced.

(Wait a sec.. this is on the GalCiv2 forum... and you're NOT into turn-based games??)

Oh sorry, I'm accessing it through the GalCiv2 website, so I just assumed it was, as the address is https://forums.galciv2.com. Apparently this same thread is accessed through other Stardock websites as well. Now Dragonic's statement makes more sense.

I was gonna give it a try as i usually enjoy games like this, and TVS games in general. But it doesn;t Accept hotmail as a valid email address, so they can go fuck themselves.

I played Battlecorp a while back when they were beta testing their game and it was similar and a ton of fun. with planets to invade battles with multiple players, then they made it a Pay to stay thing and i threw it out the window.

That sucks. They do take gMail, that's what I use as my MMO email on most sites. I've played Battlecorp as well and can tell you that TinyWarz is better. TinyWarz is light years faster paced than Battlecorp.
