Trouble installing and running

when install deskscapes using impulse, as its finalizing i get a decompression error and it says acess to C:/programdata is denied. I cant find this path and when i install it without impulse, it installs, lets me activate it with a key but wont run the dreams. i have all the codecs and my drives are up to date. i got it to work once, but when i shutdown and restarted, the dream was paused and i couldnt reactivate it at all. i purshased this with objects dock. any suggestions would be great thx.
