Is my driver too old?

Hi i just got a new driver because my old one broke. it is a Geforce 6600 and everytime i try to install PM2008 i get the message "failed to initialize dispay" how do i fix this problem. any replies are greatly appreciated.

Are you running the game at your desktop resolution?

Not anymore. At first it wouldnt let me play because the minimum resolution had to be at 1024 X 768 so i changed mine to 1280 X 768 cause it looks best on my computer and now it doesnt show the resolution warning anymore but for some reason i still wont let me play. Ive tried reinstalling it many times but still shows the same "failed to initialize" message.

Please post your debug.err file.  You can find this file in your /My documents/my games/PolMachine2008/ folder.

Please open the file in notepad, then copy/paste the contents into a post here.

The information in that file will give us a better indication of what part of the initialization is failing.
