Buying in stores?

I'm wondering if it's possible to get the game any other way then online purchase? I think it is, but have never seen it. Maybe the stores I go to just have bad taste?

The base game (DL) and/or a bundle with the first expansion (DL+DA) should be available at retail. For Europe, there is a standalone bundle of the two expansions in Germany as well.

Well, considering how I live about 10 miles away from germany, I could go get it there. However, I bought a game in germany before, and it only had german as language,can I choose english ?

That I'm not sure about. If Stefan (he was one of the German translators) doesn't see this thread and chime in, you'd probably best contact Kalypso about that.

Most of the stores here (Arizona) carry GalCiv 2: Game of the Year Edition for about $20.

there is a way to make your game english if you bought it from german stores. simply override the translated files with english ones. As soon as I know how they managed the translation you may be able to overide the German folder with the english folder and it would work.
