Jsut a thought before the FINAL_PATCH_DAY(?) starts... HOP HOP HOP! lets have the Ptach up for d/l before I need to go shave and hop in the car for work!!!

 :D Can't wait to see the Beta in action :D

(All mistakes in spelling and grammar are unintentional, and will be dealt with in the betta version of this post. The betta, will launch at precisely mid-during-afternoon-night-or-so-when-Beta 1.1-is-out-hopefully) :HOT:

I'm not saying that.  But I have been a Stardock customer from way back and I know that they have an ethic that says it's better to miss deadlines that put out crap.  And I also know that their betas are better than most developers releases because they care about what they put out.

There is no major fail here.  There's quality work by quality people.  The question here is "Are we users of quality?"   ;)

Would you feedback? Already people are being obnoxious (a small minority – most people are just having fun with this topic in the spirit it was intended) having Interpreted
sometime in mid-July
as the exact midpoint of July down to the millisecond. So would you feedback if you knew that everything you said was going to be misconstrued, twisted and spun, to the point that a mob of people are ready to hang you for doing something nice? I wouldn't, besides it would take all the fun out of it, being in the dark and poking fun at our own anticipation has been quite frankly, hilarious!!! It will be released, when its ready and we will LOVE IT.

Why are the only options available either putting out crap, or missing deadlines?

It's too bad they don't have a work ethic that says work hard to meet deadlines they set for themselves without having to put out crap. I still consider this update to be a fix for major issues that have plagued this game from the start (and led to an anemic online following). Is six months how long it is supposed to take for a game to work like it should have from the start? I'm sorry if I sound ungreatful or something, but I paid for a game that works, and I'm still waiting for it.

jesus relax all i said was id like a little info on whether the patch is actually on schedule, im not asking for it right now! most people are not going crazy about the whole impulse thing i think its great as impulse is easy too use and it works well, a small minority argue against it for the sake of arguing and need to be ignored.

Alex, the game worked perfectly fine from the start. Considering how complex the game is, it is no surprise that the game may have some MINOR issues. The devs put out 6 patches in 6 months I believe - you should be ecstatic with how this game is developing.

I don't know what game you've been playing, but my one has been working fine in every sense of the word. Quit over exaggerating.
