New Clan : System Lords of the Galaxy

For now I will be very lenient in letting people in. There will be a few things you need to do to get in but it is not to hard or anything like that.

I will be checking every few days. But I will try to get on as much as possible.

I will have a go of playing the game a little first then i will get back to you.

Yeah - if you are launching a clan and since I don't know you, I was wondering how many games you have played and won/lost... You say you need people to join, so it is only fair they know what they are joining.

I haven't been able to play. Because my video card was fried for about a month which is how long i have had this game.

And Just so everyone Knows I will let people ask to come in.

Without wanting to be rude - how can you know who to accept into your clan if you haven't played??? Or will anyone be able to join, or the first X or what???

I agree.. Its kinda stupid recruiting into a clan if you even dont say what you are looking for or any thing. Work on the info and about your gaming style and wins/deafeats and stuff. If you do that it should be goodie.   

As an experienced online gamer, not just for Sins, but for other games, and as someone who's managed a loose-knit clan before, I would wonder about what you think you can do, as clan leader, to assemble a group of seemingly random players into a coherent and active clan, which, in my humble opinion, is a noble undertaking.

What's your plan? Have you thought about how you'll communicate with people? E-mail list? Clan IRC channel? Voice comm server and/or channel? Discussion forum? How will members of the clan get to know one another so that it becomes a group of friends?

yeah your right I was a little vague and I have been invited to clans in other games. You guys have to be patient though.

I am a defender/aggressor. I look for farr away bottlenecks and defend there until I am ready to expand.

My pupose was to design a clan of players who want to battle each other and others to learn battle strategies and whatnot or just to fight. This is so that, through constant exposure, one can create a perfect strategy. Another purpose was so that we create teams of people to become a feared clan.

We will use a list of e_mails or the forums here.

I know you can change your in-game name and to join you had to change your name to an old world god (Skadi,Ra,Horus,Thor,Zeus,etc) and add [SL] to the front of your name. If you want you can take on the persona of that god.

10 people are allowed to join freely. otherwise invitation. people who are invited and are waiting put {name of god who invited u}to the front of there name.

Wow, kinda like me... Except that I'm a high-ranking member (3rd in command, but with a lot of power. Don't ask. It's complicated...) of Hopeful Horizon, already.

There is a heirarchy I would like to come up with but we'll see.

I tried creating a clan out of the top of my head.

It worked, but three years later, the clan still has no skill.


Get skilled first before starting a clan, the biggest leason I learned creating my clan, RG.

If you're also interested in SINS getting more tournaments and possibly a ladder system working for some ratings, PGNation is attempting to do this as well! But ladders do cost money, and we need more activity before we spend money on something like this.
