a copyright/distribution issue

I need help

Even though I have been with WinCustomize for alot of years, I have just now tried to create a Wallpaper.  I created this wallpaper using a pic from a photo taken by my brother in law.  I have his permission, and he sent me a e-mail giving me permission to modify his pic to create my Wallpaper.  I posted the permission in a "permission text: as told by the moderatores.  They rejected the wallpaper again saying I need "a copyright/distribution issue".  Can someone please tell me what I need as proof?.  What I would like to see is a wallpaper that has the appropriate permission text included so I can see what I need.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Did you say in the authors comments that permission txt is included in the zip?  If not , do so and reupload it.

I have his permission, and he sent me a e-mail giving me permission

Also make sure the text file of the email is of the whole thing, you asking, his reply of yes, headers with his/your email info etc.

Thanks Wom and Cavan1 for your quick responses. Cavan1, do you, or have you seen the actual permission text. I would like to see one , so I can have a better idea of how to post?

Bearfest....the problem looks like you'd mentioned who made the pic...but did not mention in the description that permission was included.

Generally when that happens it's expected there WAS no permission...so the submission was rejected.

As long as you both include permission.txt AND mention its inclusion....you'll be fine...;)
