DeskScapes = Nothing at all

Nothing Happens at all.

Just the normal still background that was there before.

 

Yes i have read the FAQ.

Yes Desktop Manager is running an set to Automatic

Yes it is set Windows Vista Theme

Yes Desktop Composition is Enabled

Yes I'm runnin Vista home Premium

Yes the MPEG-2 codec is installed and active and is the Only one installed.

Yes DX is running fine with no errors.

Yes I have tried slecting the Dream from the DeskScapes Dream Task (both as and not 'as Adminitrator') and from Control Panel and by double clicking the dream file and from right clicking and selecting set as backgroud on the file.

No I do not get ANY errors of any sort from DeskScapes or Windows.

Absolutely Nothing happens at all.

I'm also getting this exact problem. Trying to run any of the default dreamscapes - no luck so far.

had the same problem i think it has something to do with the install package and impulse. i uninstalled impulse downloaded impulse by itself installed it. rebooted computer and now it works fine. maybe that will work for you guys to?

How did you install?  Was it on its own, or through Impulse?

Have you tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling?

Are you running any other Desktop customization software?
