Impulse and corporate proxies

My problem is simple, I'm behind a corporate firewall and I can only access the web through a proxy server.
Impulse won't install because it tries to download setup files directly from the web.
Do you have a full package I can download to install the program? I could then update Impulse once I set up the proxy configuration in it.
