Extract part of skin?

Hi,

After a lot of searching, i found a vista skin (standalone program - for xp) that i really like.

The only problem with this skin is that it havn't got the Aero Glass (the glass surrounding the windows) that vista has.

I had this glass on my previous windowblinds skin, is there a way to extract only this part of the skin and make it a seperate skin? so i'll be able to use the windowblinds and the standalone skin program combined?

All of the other aero glass standalone programs that i found was really ugly so this is probobly my only option, unless u guys got something to offer me.
