you sure all your drivers are up to date? also directx?

how do you take a screen shot? and at installation it never asked me for directX

to take a screenshot, press the "print screen" or "Prt Scr" button on the keyboard. Then paste that into paint, save and upload it to some host site like imageshack.

Directx can be downloaded from here. Download it and run the program and it will auto update your directx.

Your drivers are up to date right?
