Mike - Just enter "http://album.wincustomize.com/image.axd?path=R43M9TfjxvGCmrBRrEZd3gcOvXEPOwCeFDKmwo5n72OrgqdRTpwZ7QXeHpa1z2WO" without the "" quote marks after clicking the (Insert Image icon on the far right) just above the text entry in the Add A Reply. That should do it
