It's a start panel for a WB.  And there were a series of them in my dream . . from Scooby-Doo to He-Man/She-Ra to  . . well there were lot's of cartoons from my youth that I saw as WBs.

Someday maybe we need a thread on mock-ups of skins that might-have-been.  :)

That was all done in paint.net . .I have no idea how it would be split up for a skin.

This was an IP that AVMan asked me to do to match his 3d blind called 3D metal...Dont think it will ever come to fruition...
This was an IP I tried using Illustrator for the first time...

This was attempt to base an Ip inspired by Buuf...
