Wincustomize browser apply problemc an someone please help

Hello,

I purchased a subscription for wincustomise browser. the program downloads fine but when I try to apply the download it tells me object dockcouldnot be found on my computer?

I dohave object dock plus installed which I purchased also.

haven't used the WC browser in a while, just fired it up... gotta update the library and I'm on rural dial up.... you might want to go make a sandwich or something....

it says "ObjectDock could not be found. Please ensure the application is installed and the required files exist"

I don't think the WC browser has been updated since OD libraries were moved into My Documents. It's probably better to just download the file and then double click on it to install.

I agree - I can download it, but when I try to install or apply.. I get:



The file format you have passed for ObjectDock is not valid.





Like I'm the one who created and name it... :(

In WC browser go to the download tab
right click on the download and choose "Goto Directory"

when the directory comes up, right click on it and choose 'open'

when I did this, then after a couple of secs the popup window told me new images have been added.
