Not Getting Activation Email

I bought a DVD version of Sins of a Solar Empire from Amazon.com

I've not received an email to be able to activate my account so that I can download updates. I registered yesterday.

I have checked my junk mail folder and the account is NOT earthlink nor aol.

I've also tried the "Resend Activation Email" button using the user name and the email that I registered with (which is different than what I'm currently using).

Any ideas on how to get my account activated? I've sent an email to [email protected] - is there a better email to use? Is there a support system?

You can also try [email protected]. It sounds like they may have to merge your email accounts.

I forwarded my original email to the [email protected] address as well. Still no word from anyone though.

It may take a day or so. But if the problem is what I think it is, they deal with it all the time, and they'll straighten it out.

Rokatesh I don't have a ticket from your account email address. Was it under another?
