Looking for a clan thats mature

Hey guys,
In game i go by either jasef or Seph. I really like gaming, but in a mature fashion. I'm currently in a clan called FoCA for cs:s, and the emphasis in that clan is fair gaming, and respecting each other.
I'm hoping to find a clan for sins that also has those values.
Any suggestions guys?
