If you purchased Pirate or Magic as a Premium Suite and then repurchased them as a MyColors Theme, contact [email protected] so they can see if you need a refund on those.
As for other Premium Suites now marked as Coming Soon as MyColors themes, I'd just wait until they've been upgraded to MyColors and see what your options are then.
Did you download it from Download.com?

only. Please read my post above and any others concerning problems here https://www.wincustomize.com/articles.aspx?aid=309273#replies before you do. I believe that it's being worked on so you may want to wait.
BTW, i installed My Colors through the MyColors_Quest_Setup without trouble (it was not the case with Impulse which bring it all crapy
My opinion on My Colors ? Just another Theme Manager prog whith much less possibilities than the original ... Though, it's just useless and add another time a few new Stardock's folders over the hard drive
Well it's just the perfect way for Stardock to get more than 100 % of price augmentation on suites ...
That's an interesting one.....please email [email protected] with as much info as you have. I don't think we have run into that yet.
OD users get themes at $9.95 for Inspired and $14.95 for IP related (due to the contracts we hold with the IP holders). How is that getting more than 100%? If you don't have OD, you pay $19.95 and can run the theme to try out skinning.
MyColors is not ThemeManager, but it there will eventually be a version that replaces ThemeManager. It's a much more simplified way to deliver the themes, and it also gives us a way to deliver updates when available.
SGT :HOT:
Ugh, now I'm a little confused, thought I had a handle on this.
Will there be some sort of a theme manager, regardless of what it's called, which will be maintained and allow me to apply the Object Desktop Premium Themes that I've bought?
Do the Object Desktop versions of the Premium Themes get updated, and can I get those updated versions of OD Themes I've purchased, or do only the MyColors themes get updated?
I was thinking that the only real reason I'd want to bother with MyColors was if themes started showing up there exclusively that I want, now I'm wondering about future use and updates.
Hope that makes sense, like I said, a little confused here.
ThemeManager (as an app to make your own themes or suites) exists but may get upgraded.
Fair enough. Guess I'll go load up MyColors.
Thanks.
I must say as a longtime Stardock customer that I am extremely unhappy with the direction the products are taking: Worse end-user customer experience; Dumbed-down UI (prettier, but harder to find anything); Not working when clearly connected to the internet but behind a proxy server.
Opus, not sure why that is happening. Let me get support in here and have them work with you,
Wizard1956: That's not exactly your fault. I will pass this along to the developers to help be sure no one else encounters the same kind of problems you had. Sorry for all the frustration, but glad to hear things are working better at this point! :CONGRAT:
OpusCroakus: My apologies for the troubles you've encountered thus far. I am attempting to get in touch with the developers about this for a definite answer. I assume you already have your proxy information entered through Internet Explorer? When I hear something further about this, I will post it here.
Mike
/me blows whistle. Icing! (this is hockey, right?)
OpusCroakus: I've spoken with the developers about connecting through a proxy using MyColors ThemeManager. If you set up proxy information (even including user/pass) through SDC or just simply an IP address/Port through IE, the MyColors ThemeManager will pick it up.
If this is still giving you a problem (despite having added your proxy information), please let us know.

Hmmm... well, I have SDC set to just use the I.E. proxy settings, and it works *flawlessly*. I'd really prefer NOT to muck around with something that already is working perfectly, to try and get something else to work! Especially since our I.E. settings use an autoconfig file (.pac file), I don't even know what the server+port are - Windows, I.E., SDC, and every other well-behaved application simply work. Please convince the Stardock devs to stop trying to fix things that aren't broken!!!!
