Map Editor Question

Where'd maximize go?

The map editor does not seem to have maximize enabled on my system, yet double clicking the title bar cases the widnow to shrink (restore), and then crash with a directX error at times. Runing Vista Ultimate x64.

Why is maximize disabled, and has anyone else experienced a crash of this nature?
