Focus your production in eithier Military, Social or Research on a given planet, while you have the planet "open" (the build screen.) and Notice what the "clouds" do on the representation of the planet in the upper left hand corner.

Notice anything strange? The weather or "clouds" will jump around, change.

Is this normal?

Please tell me if I'm being unclear, Im holding a sleeping child w/1h and attempting to type with another
