And Annatar is completely Correct. Paradoxant -- Emperor (leader) of the Galactic Empire clan -- is not behind this. He is at work and unable to get in game, and beyond that is a long standing member of the community who wouldn't dare do this. Hell, GE doesn't need to do it, we're already one of the largest, and best, clans out there. By which I mean we are the largest, and very few clans challenge our level of skill when we pull in our "core" players. I don't know who AOH is, but speaking as one of the High Officers (what anyone else would just call officers) of the GE clan, I am deeply upset at this attack on both ICO and GE.

And make no mistake, this is as much an attack upon GE and its leadership as its an attack against ICO. Our good name is under attack, and there is nothing we can do to counter it. The situation is being dealt with as quickly as possible, but its going to take time.

Well AoH is the Aura of Honor, a new Sins clan that is growing rapidly, and we would NEVER sanction such behavior. This individual has nothing to do with us and we are as much a vistim as GE, ICO and everyone else in the lobby trying to chat to one another.

I hope this kind of thing can be prevented in future.

You are quite correct, this is also an attack on AoH. Just out of curiosity, though, if your a new clan what did you do to arouse this guys annoyance? (assuming you know... at this point I'm assuming its GE's sheer, for lack of a better phrasing, power that has made us a target)

We play quite alot on ICO, and there's always a few AoH members around at any time. So I guess he found a pretty nice target.

We've played a lot of online games in our short clan-lifespan and thus we have acquired the attention of a few people who hate to lose. We have some pretty good players and have won our fair share of games - a number of which have comprised individuals who are insulting and rude to each other and us, especially when the game gets tough.

We try not to react to such people and thus, when their attempts to anger us fall on deaf ears - they resort to further drastic measures like this spamming episode!

Its hard to believe such people can even bother with such an exercise like spamming a channel with noobs and other players trying to chat to one another. Our clan may be relatively small, but no-one in our numbers would behave like that.

Hi guys, my ICO name is [GE] Paradoxnt. Notice the space between [GE] and Paradoxnt. The imposter's name ([GE]Paradoxnt)doesn't have a space between [GE] and Paradoxnt.

Whoever this guy is, he is embarrassing the entire clan community. I wonder what I did to personally become the focus of this guy. I really try not to piss people off, although I do occasionally make exceptions.

The individual in question here must be of below average intelligence if they thought that they could somehow fool the community into thinking he was me...or that I would engage in such childish behavior.

They would have been better off spending all that energy trying to get a girl to kiss them instead. Then again, from what we've seen of this guys personality, that would not have been particularly likely.
