Delete the < > bits containing those things...the top one is at the beginning, the bottom at the very end.  Just use all the rest of that stuff in the middle and your video works. :)

I have no idea...I've tried it myself a couple times...but no luck. So I just gave up...I figure as long as I get them in proximity to the article, then it's all good. :D
