Having problems with The Corporate Machine

I can get the title screen to load up. If go to any other menus I get a blank screen. So I broke out windows compatibility mode to windows 98. Then I get to the next screen. I I can choose my specialty, my name and company name, but not company color. I hit start game and the game freezes. I check Tack Manager and it is drawing 50% processing power(1 full processor).
I ran out of ideas.

windows xp pro
3.0 ghz dual core 2
8800 gt SLI
4gig ram , shows less 32 bit os

edit: I tried disabling SLI.

I'm having the same problem too. I have widescreen at 1440x900 and it may be a resolution issue because this game looks like it was made for 800x600. By the way I'm contacting Stardock support as the 2 replies suggest, but has anyone tried anything that works or heard anything from Stardock to share and spare everyone else the same trouble? This game is on sale for $1 and will have tons of other people with the same problem I predict.

I was having a similar problem as I purchased the game today.  Disabling DirectDraw acceleration in 'dxdiag' fixed the problem.
