Question about Anomalies

Playing Dark Avatar it seems that Anomalies vanish pretty quickly with 9 AI opponents but while playing a single TA game for about 2 days now my survey ships seem to never run out. Are they respawning?

Yes, in TA they do respawn.

Yes, respawning anomalies was introduced in some of the later patches of DA.
