This Week in Skinning - March 21st

Well it's a short week here for some of us, but I still wanted to get This Week in Skinning out.  The 3rd WinCustomize Community Contest deadline has come, and from last count we have over 27 entries in the various categories.  The entries have been superb, and I can't wait to see the winners.

This was also an exciting week in that both IconDeveloper 2.0 and SkinStudio 6 were released.  In case you missed it, there is an IconDeveloper tutorial and screencast up showing you how to create and recolor icons.  The official release of SkinStudio 6 was something many people have been waiting a while for, so now that it is here, I'm anxious to see what skins (especially for Vista) are created.

	Wooden Claw for CursorFX by TOMPCpl This cursor really caught my eye with its smooth and clean design.  Fantastic job.
	StealthOS Widget Pack for DesktopX by buzzh58 The popular WindowBlinds skin, StealthOS, was recently updated, and this widget pack from buzzh58 is a great way to accessorize your StealthOS desktop.
	Sunbeams in Dreams by CarGuy1 A beautiful scene for your desktop.  Great job CarGuy1.
	Cabin Fever for IconPackager by Z71 This is such a great, unique design for an IconPackager theme.  There are over 80 icons included, and don't forget to check the matching WindowBlinds skin.
	Dragon Tabbed Docks for ObjectDock by WebGizmos WebGizmos comes through and once again brings a perfect set of matching tabbed docks for the recently released Dragon WindowBlinds skin.
	Cabin Fever for WindowBlinds by Z71 Here is the Cabin Fever skin, and I really like this as it's a design that looks great, but is easy to use throughout the day.  Great job.
	No Load limit for WindowBlinds by I.R. Brainiac I don't think "creative" is a strong enough word here, but regardless, the design of this Master Skin is mind blowing.  We are going to have to get Vista for I.R. Brainiac, so he can bring us these skins to Vista as well.
