(I'll just reiterate here):

Just do the largest size for each major screen ratio.

Widescreen 16:9: 2650x1600 (that way *anyone* with a widescreen, be it 1280x800 or 1920x1200 can use it).
Fullscreen 4:3: 1600x1200 (as above, anyone with a fullscreen can use this one, 800x600 or 1600x1200 itself).
Fullscreen 5:4: 1280x1024 (this one is an oddball, doesn't scale down from either of the above).

Only 3 resolutions in the zip should help on filesize as compared to making a version for each and every resolution.

THANKS! There isnt any way to change the resolution is there? Insted of makeing a whole new image?

Well, once you make the 2650x1600, you can resize/crop to make the other two (that's how I've had to modify some for personal use).

Always remember: it's easier to scale/size down from a large image than it is to take a small image and make it larger.

Also....if you make larger backgrounds I've found that shrinking them down from a larger size doesn't cause distortion like enlarging them from a smaller one.

Thanks Guys that Helps Allot. I found a way around the one I am makeing. The only part that was distorted for fullscreen and Wide screen was A sphere in the middle so I cut the Sphere out scaled to the size and then pasted the spere back into the image(after I made it bigger to cover the White egg shape left when I cut. Next time I will make the Image Bigger Because I never though about the fact that when you make an Image bigger you can see more pixles? This time It turned out OK but I will next time start with a Bigger canvas. Thanks much guys.

Hey guys why is it that Whenever I post a wall it is checked to only show on my personal page? I have been wondering why my last one wasnt getting any downloads because i thought it was really cool. Turns out that it wasnt even in the gallery? Is that automatic or is that womething that the admin does if it isnt good enough?
